Hi, I’m Cristina (they/she).

DONA trained Postpartum Doula, and Babywearing Educator

Easing your transition to family life

I come to this work with a passion for social justice and firsthand knowledge of the lack of structures in place to support birthing people and new families. Doulas are a small bottom up response to the lack of education and a village of support for families during the vulnerable time around adding an infant to your family- be it as a birthing person, an adoptive family, a foster family, etc.

I birthed two highly spirited kiddos of my own, and as a person who loves to research (INTJ, for those MBTI geeks out there) have gathered a huge amount of knowledge around child rearing, birth, relationship support, true self care, and look forward to sharing the resources I have found with you to support your family’s goals.

Let me ease the transition to family life through nurturing, education, and acts of service. You are not alone.

“If a doula were a drug, it would be unethical not to use it.” – Dr. John Kennell
